张琳，华北水利水电大学管理与经济学院副教授，博士生导师，比利时鲁汶大学客座教授，中国科学计量学与信息计量学专业委员会委员，国家自然科学基金委员会项目通讯评议专家。主持国家自然科学基金项目两项，其中在研面上基金一项。担任SCI/SSCI双检索国际权威期刊Scientometrics编委，国际英文期刊Frontiersin Scholarly Metrics and Analytics编委，多次担任科学计量学与信息计量学国际学会会议（ISSI）的国际科学委员会委员（International Scientific Committee）。2016年起，担任ISSI年度最佳论文评审委员会委员（全球共有5位评委，是亚洲地区唯一的评委）。2016年起，担任国际科学计量学领域最高奖普赖斯奖评审委员。

大连理工大学优秀博士论文获得者，辽宁省优秀博士论文提名，河南省高校科技创新人才，河南省青年骨干教师。近年来共发表学术论文三十余篇。其中，在科学计量学领域的SCI/SSCI国际权威学术期刊Journal of Informetrics，Scientometrics，Journal of the AmericanSociety for Information Science and Technology等发表（录用）英文学术论文20篇，其中2016年发表在Journal of the AmericanSociety for Information Science and Technology的论文（第一作者+通讯作者）曾入选ESI年度高被引论文（Top 1%）。
