吕灵灵，女，教授，博士生导师，河南省高校科技创新团队负责人、河南省高层次人才、中原千人计划-中原青年拔尖人才、河南省优秀青年基金获得者、河南省优秀教师、河南省教育厅学术技术带头人、河南省高校科技创新人才、河南省高校青年骨干教师、控制科学和工程学术带头人、华北水利水电大学教学名师。

研究领域或方向：鲁棒控制，时变系统，智能电网与可持续能源，深度学习，信息-物理系统，移动边缘计算。

2018-2019年于上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院进行访问学习

2006-2010年于哈尔滨工业大学航天学院学习，2010年获工学博士学位
