吕灵灵,女,教授,博士生导师,河南省高校科技创新团队负责人、河南省高层次人才、中原千人计划-中原青年拔尖人才、河南省优秀青年基金获得者、河南省优秀教师、河南省教育厅学术技术带头人、河南省高校科技创新人才、河南省高校青年骨干教师、控制科学和工程学术带头人、华北水利水电大学教学名师。
研究领域或方向:鲁棒控制,时变系统,智能电网与可持续能源,深度学习,信息-物理系统,移动边缘计算。
